She harnesses design thinking processes to empathize with users, challenge assumptions, build consensus, and deliver innovative, customer-focused strategies and products. Elizabeth has contributed her expertise in KM, user experience design, and business strategy as a consultant for global industry leaders including Walmart, Twitter, Amadeus, the European Central Bank, the British Council, and the Peace Corps. In her spare time, she volunteers with the U.S. Digital Response, providing technical support to government and nonprofit organizations responding to crisis.
