Cassie Swayze received a Master of Library & Information Science (MLIS) from the University of North Texas where she was awarded certificates of advanced study in archival management and digital curation. She was previously a Taxonomist with PayPal and Indeed, Inc., where she led the development of occupational taxonomies for the UK and Canadian jobseeker markets. Cassie is also a certified archivist and was awarded credentials from the Academy of Certified Archivists. She possesses more than a decade of experience in collections management in visual art institutions, and received Bachelors degrees in Arts Administration and Art History where her undergraduate study focused on theories of contemporary art. She is currently a Taxonomist working to improve the classification of user-reported issues across Meta (fka Facebook).
