You may choose to attend any one of these concentrated programs individually. But, if you are seeking to create a larger enterprise strategy that incorporates search as part of a larger knowledge management, content management, or collaborative strategy and want to better leverage taxonomies and text analytics into your strategy, you can register for our Platinum Pass and get access to all FOUR events and SAVE a bundle!

Group Discount Program

Organizations sending more than one registrant can benefit greatly from our group discount program. To receive your Group Discount Code please contact our registrar, Joan Weiss, at 609-654-6266 or email jweiss@infotoday.com BEFORE registering.

All registrations for group discounts must be from the same company and submitted at the same time. Please note that we are unable to apply discounts to existing registrations. Additionally, discounts are not applicable for pre-conference workshops unless as part of a Platinum Pass.

The Enterprise Solutions Showcase will feature the top companies in the KM, CM, search, taxonomy, and intranets marketplace, offering attendees an opportunity to explore all of the latest in product and service solutions. Registration will take place on the Ballroom Level of the hotel and will be open during the following hours.

Wednesday, November 17 ... 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Cancellations, Substitutions, and Refunds Policy

Registration cancellations received before September 1, 2021 will receive a full refund with no fees. Registration cancellations received between September 1 and October 15, 2021, are subject to a $150 administrative fee, although you can substitute another attendee in your place. After October 15, no refunds will be issued.

Hotel and Travel

Delegates are responsible for making their own travel arrangements and hotel accommodations. Discounted guest room rates have been arranged at the JW Marriott Washington DC. For more information please visit the Venue page.
