Michael Cizmar is the founder and CEO of MC+A, a consultancy at the forefront of helping enterprises unlock the business value of search and artificial intelligence. With over 20 years of experience leading digital transformation initiatives, Michael has guided global organizations in making their data discoverable, connected, and intelligent.

A pioneer in enterprise search, Michael was chosen by Google as its first partner for the Google Search Appliance and has since overseen more than 200 implementations across technologies including Elastic, OpenSearch, Solr, Coveo, and Lucidworks. Today, his work focuses on enabling AI-native search and knowledge experiences that bridge the gap between experimentation and real business impact.

An industry thought leader and frequent speaker, Michael has shared his insights with Google, global partners, and the broader search community. Under his leadership, MC+A received the Innovation Award for Search Americas from Google Cloud. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science from Bradley University.
